Don't waste your talent with this company. Worst management. No appraisal and no information on it. If you ask what is going on with your appraisal, manager says he does not know. every year they don't give variable pay. Employee working with client location are fully isolated, on your own. No support form CSC management. Even no source of discussion as well. Pathetic company. I have never seen the company like that existing in IT. I don't understand how people completes 3-4 years with such a company without hike and without variable pay. I suggest, if someone get another offer which is 2 lakh less than CSC offer, better choose the other one.
