Pros
wide spread of support sites for the East Coast of USA. Few locations on the West Cost. With every company, the personality types matter, so good people, good working environment. I lucked out, I've had 3 relatively good managers. pay seems to be closer to starting wages. If you have grandfathered in with higher pay they will normally stick to that pay. So far benefits have been above normal. wide range of medical companies.
Cons
With previously said. good people, good working environment. well that can also work in revers and that has happened mainly on Projects with Project managers being the weakest link in the work. Pay rate has not changed in 3 years, even though I am the front face of the company to the customer (this is constantly stated) and there appears to be no incentives to give us at the very least pay rate increase to match the increase of living expenses. no movement towards working in other areas unless someone that is above you to stick their neck out. The company does seem to be reducing it's sites, not sure why. not a good aspect for the workers.
