great and smart people people, flexibility in terms of work location
Cons
the CEO, or L1, as he likes to call himself (there can be only one), and his close friends who are busy applying 1980s "solutions" to 21st century challenges; i.e. they are gutting the company for max OI. While shareholders love the latter, it's shorttermist and will likely leave customers and staff in the lurch. Lack of congruence between words and actions, particularly around to corporate CLEAR values.
