Great people within the workforce Always new challenges, worth the experience Possibilities of moving within teams to different roles., although not many progressive promotions. A Vast amount of online learning material
Cons
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Organisation is top heavy. Promotions without pay increase is rife, more responsibility for less income. Turnover of staff is extreme, although there is opportunity to come back as a contractor.
