      The owner is awful. Warehouse employees are lazy and dumb. Just bad leadership all around

      Flexible with schedule under management is great to work with.

      Cons

      pay owner care about himself not employees. Talks down to you After Leaving I found out the company has a bad rep in the industry. no Vacation time given. Accrue time up to one week. Even if you have been there for over 10 years.

      DWS has a very good reputation with all of our clients. DWS encourages everyone to take their leave and give an extra 3 day leave after 3 years and an extra weeks leave after 5 years with the company. DWS gives a $20000.00 bonus after ten years service.
