Pros
- Pay can be reasonable, if you know how to negotiate. Yearly pay increases are common - Experience working with bluechip organisations, including banking, telecommunication and government, among others
Cons
- Management, at the executive level, are disconnected from workers - Very poor culture. Experience can vary greatly between employees, even those sitting right next to you - Most middle managers/BDs (not all) are difficult to work with. Management styles vary between autocratic and chaotic - The bench is nothing more than a set of desks. You'll need to be proactive and work with the BDs to keep you busy - Company policies are inconsistent, and often change without prior notice - Consultants are usually reprimanded for not complying
