Pros
- If you get a good client you may have a good experience. - There are some very smart people who you can learn from. - Pay is in line with market average. - MD seems great and down to earth.
Cons
- You are more-or-less expected to have a phone, computer, possibly software but DWS will not supply or suppliment anything. Factor this in to your salary. - Outside your salary there are no significant perks that you might see at other companies in the tech space. It's a bit old school. - Resource augmentation model. Basically labour hire for IT. Certain people (with in demand skills) will find it hard to justify working here when you can contract directly. - Easier to progress by getting another job than it is getting promotion. Saw this many, many times.
