Dear Former Employee,
First, allow us to apologize for our late response to your feedback. As you may be aware, DWFritz has undergone quite a few changes over the past few years and we are confident that you would find that we have evolved significantly as a company. For many years DWFritz was a small, job-shop and within the last three years, we have taken our company to new heights, with a focus on world-class practices and a values-driven culture. Our concerted efforts in these areas have actually resulted in a high level of employee retention, even as we’ve gone through tremendous change and growth. Our turn-over rate in 2016 was 12.28% compared to a nation-wide average of 16.7%. We would like to reduce this even further, and we take measures to survey all of our employees twice a year, and then acting on the feedback we receive. We heard your concerns and we took decisive action to make sure DWFritz is a comfortable and safe place to work for all of our employees no matter their gender or orientation.
Sincerely,
Talent & Organizational Development
