Pros
Sometimes you get to take home candle samples. Nice office that turns into nightmare. It's good its remote mainly.
Cons
Management is manipulative and doesn't know what they're doing, they like to hire fresh out of college so they can get away with more by having naive workforce. They also overwork you and pay low since they're "not in LA" as they like to claim. Too many cons to list.
