      Pros

      Company culture is genuine. Work-life balance is extremely important and there is a lot of flexibility with your schedule. Everyone on the team is hard-working, positive and wants to help. Communication is great, even within a remote environment. The entire team is focused on our clients' success.

      Cons

      Would be nice to meet some co-workers face to face (one challenge of being remote)

      100% remote, only good thing about it

      Where do I even start. Was underpaid the entire time I was there. High turnover, people are always leaving. They expect you to do full time work in part time. No benefits. Great example for a company that has severe favoritism. If you’re not a favorite and/or kiss up you will probably get the boot eventually. They do not value their employees, you can work hard, put everything into and still be pushed aside for someone who is doing the bare minimum. Also very clique-y. Its an okay place to be temporarily but not long term.
