Pros
An organisation carefully controlled with the best interests of the staff a high priority, a rarity in business. Impressive roster of loyal clients working for great causes. Good people working collaboratively. Some flexibility around working arrangements. Positive, inclusive culture - doesn't take itself *too* serious, a nice balance. And of course, the extra generous holiday allowance is gold-plated.
Cons
The usual snags that any business of this size would have, nothing alarming in my 10+ years.
