      Get practical hands on experience from the technical personals (Technicians).

      Cons

      The hourly rate of payment is less. Their payment is not enough and fair for the work done. That's why the boys always steal from the company, which the management doesn't notice.

      Pros

      Learned a lot here and very good work environment. People are friendly and management is encouraging.

      Cons

      No real downsides, it gets busy sometimes but that just makes work more dunamic
