The environment at DTE is one like no other. Great people and a Management team that cares for the people that work here. An owner that values his employees and shows it on a daily basis.

Never a dull moment or project. Flexible work schedule allows for work/life balance. Great benefits package including company paid disability. Location- located right off I-44, central to Lake of the Ozarks, Springfield, St. Louis. The region offers low cost living. Dogs in the office environment create a fun environment along with the Ping Pong, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Arcade games.

Long term workforce, difficult to change their way of thinking and doing.
