Ethic less fraud company - Business Development Manager DSmart Systems Employee Review

Everything. They make hire and fire. I have joined along with my friend. But seen every month they fired some employee for no project without any notice. Even salary not provide. Freshers are in huge money bond like a bonded labour. Then make some one else with client interview and keep/work far more junior than that candidate. Our part of salary also deducted and not pay if they fire within 1 year. Everything fraud. Long and bad work time.They do not have HR dept also. They have 2 companies to run in different country one in usa and another this in India. Don't join otherwise will face for whole life.
