Doesn’t work correctly, outdated and inefficient Corporate level management is awful. Do not hold themselves to the values or to the standards they expect. Unsupportive. Lacking knowledge. Show favoritism. Not enough payroll allocation to support the work or the customer experience expectations. Values are force fed but not followed, or given practical ways to demonstrate the values. No recognition. Delayed merit increases. No point in performing well because it isn’t even acknowledged. Unable to make decisions to support the needs of the business. Market leaders have you running in circles just to tell you to stop and run in the opposite direction. There are definitely some racial biases at play. No work/life balance whatsoever
