      Professional environment, great learning experience, and exposure to state of the art systems, friendly peoole at all other local Branches

      Cons

      96% of staff at DSV Shared Services Branch are all looking for a new job due to bad management! High employee turnover, one ends up doing 3 peoples job for very little pay, responsibilites constantly increase but the salary always stays the same...Annual increase is very limited, employees receive bad performance reviews so salary can stay the same, meanwhile the mess is at the TOP

      Pros

      * Great benefits, medical, dental, vision and options for 401K /ROTH IRA. * Opportunities to grow and learn within the CO. * Once a week , on certain days, fruits & bagels provided.

      Cons

      * Unfortunately, have to deal with politics in the office, specifically clicks that management , majorly favored . Not just a few employees many are favored even if another associate is doing exemplary , they will get looked over.
