DSPC is a smaller, but growing, tight knit organization. They have an attitude of constantly learning and excelling on projects that are at the forefront of audio technology. Everyone is very respectful, willing to offer guidance, and collaborative. At DSPC, you can be involved in multiple interesting projects and they allow employees to learn about and move into other areas that they are interested in.
Cons
As they are a smaller, growing company, there can sometimes be confusion pertaining to the definition of roles and responsibilities within the company. However, this also allows for lateral movement oppurtunities.
