The people within are awesome; everyone has the intention to accomplish what is needed of their role to the best of their abilities.
Cons
Progression stops within the boundary of your role. Upper management doesn't provide enough clarity to ensure stability. There is no incentive for going above and beyond or long term growth with the current management operations.
