I see a lot of difference working for a large consulting company where they dont care about your personal life of work comfort. This company ensures that we dont lose our personal life. They encourage us to learn more and keep updated with the latest technlogy. unlike mentioned in other post they have not charged anything for visa processing from us. i claimed the travel cost for visa processing also. They highlight our profile to clients in right way to bring up more confidence on us.
