Pros
Easy Training and Work (Depending on Location) Decent Salary for the Position Process to take time off is simple Good student job, will work with you around your schedule
Cons
Will sometimes be working 40+ hrs/week even as part time because of staffing shortages. Pool patrons can be rude and condescending at times. Scheduling is very last minute, can be called off or in an hour before a shift. Not much room for growth as it is a seasonal student job. You also have to pay for their training either up front or take a deduction from your first paycheck.
