Easy work, flexible management, room for cross training
Cons
Not a great place for adults to work. Essentially the entire front end is teenagers under age 18, and they behave that way. They’re petty and mean and don’t know how to work as a team. It’s hard with flexible, part time schedules to make things work when you work with children. Management on a lower level clearly has a hard time with it - seems like trying to herd cats most days.
