Internship Review - Marketing Intern DNIF Employee Review

DNIF Hypercloud's technology is groundbreaking. It is easy to articulate our competitive advantage to stakeholders in a very crowded market. Zero politics, everyone works together. Mistakes are welcome, therefore challenges are tackled fast. Even with the majority of employees in India, they support my customer calls in the middle of the night without hesitation. Truly great group, great tech. DNIF is going places fast.

None that I can think of.

Flow of knowledge is not broken in the name of hierarchy. Everyone lends a helping hand. Seniors and Juniors alike. Open space, Lack of isolated cubicles, less number of employees makes us a very inclusive tight knit community. You don't need loads of degrees for joining the company. You just have to be skilled and capable enough to showcase those skills. Skills doesn't go unnoticed. As we are a growing company who aspires to become much more bigger and better in the Future, there is no shortage of opportunities if one is willing to learn.

Due to it's flexible environment, it can create hurdles for those who are not decision makers and only follow instructions.
