Pros

Interesting work but can be repetitive

Cons

Leadership: failures across the board, the CEO appeared to be inexperienced and ineffective at that level. Department managers have experience but not the good kind, they play favorites and only care about how things to appear to the CEO, not how things actually are. Samples are lost or in rare cases accidentally destroyed. Almost every SoP was the business equivalent of county fair ride held together with chewing gum and duct tape. The parent company Eurofins stripped away the few perks and bonuses that were given. Avoid DDC at all cost.

Pros

The people you work with directly are fantastic. Everyone is dedicated, supportive, and truly works hard to help each other succeed. The overall company culture among regular staff is positive and collaborative.

Cons

Upper management seems disconnected from the day-to-day operations and lacks clear direction. The C-suite, in particular, often comes across as rude and indifferent to the concerns of the employees. There's a general feeling that the company is overstaffed, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of focus. The CEO appears unqualified for the position, which has led to a lack of strategic vision for the company's future.
