If your face doesn't fit, they WILL get rid of you. Obvious favoritism between certain management and engineers Low wage Questionable personal mileage costs on company vehicles No communication throughout the company Huge work areas with zero prior notice of long journeys Disfunctional leadership and poor organisation Minimal training for new starters (sink or swim type attitude) Very clicky company Some cases of bullying which were known about but ignored

Good environment to work in.
