I was so excited to join DMR and everyone was very welcoming when I joined during the difficult times last time of starting my first day remotely.
Cons
Unfortunately working there was not what I expected it to be. I never received any type of training or guidance on how things work at DMR, and was looked down at/talked down to when I asked questions to my boss. I am an easygoing person that gets along with everyone, but they were a challenge and not a good mentor. Not friendly or helpful at all. So glad my time there was short. Management is stuck in their ways. Adapt to new times
