      Pros

      I worked nights so not much management.

      Cons

      Hire friends and family that should never be a manager. No reviews. No raises. Poor insurance. Never learn from prior problems. Each time a problem is encountered a new solution is made up on the spot. No documented procedures or training. I had been yelled at for not following a new procedure that had been made up that morning. (I worked nights) Safety violations all over the place.

      Pros

      Not very many. Pay was only good because they didn't understand the piece-rate system that was in place prior and just gave everyone a high average. New employees did not get this.

      Cons

      They came in after agreeing to a contract with Xerox and tried to change the culture of the place. Managers were very rude and acted like they knew everything. One even accused me of being full of myself. To say that was insulting seeing I'm a very laid back guy and get along with everyone.
