Pros
the pay. some of the people in the office are nice and easy to get along with.
Cons
drama. low office morale. micromanagement.
inconsistencies on how to deal with accounts and customers.
most of the customers that call in are rude and don't want to listen/hear the truth. Monthly meetings going over your numbers; if you're even slightly over, you may get a warning or a write-up like an elementary school student.
A lot of favoritism and if the higher ups want to get rid of you, they will nitpick until you reach your breaking point and quit.
During credit season, they make it seem like you are important, but once peak season is over, the attitude quickly changes.
Extremely high turnover rate and everyone is viewed/classified as temporary unless you're part of management.
It becomes clear after working there past a month or two that you are extremely replaceable.
