Pros
The company culture is fantastic. The company tries to empower you to do your best and really puts their members first. Unfortunately IT is changing to try to fit into the overall company.
Cons
IT department is unstable and is subject to change every year to fit within the other business resulting in constant restructuring. The parent company in Netherlands seems to dictate their policies and management just follow suit without questioning how valid they are to our culture or way of doing things.
