Pros
They invest a lot of money in training employees and aiding them with their development. Adopted a European flair to their office. Nice open concept environment that easily enables cross cooperation between departments. Most of the staff are polite and friendly. Except for Sylva, she's just awesome!
Cons
Top line revenue is down so to maintain profitability (and the C level folks continue to receive bonuses) they have made significant cuts to FTE "overhead" (i.e.; staff) in 2016. Job security isn't what is use to be...
