7yThis person was terminated because she made a large number of mistakes in 2 months. One that included an $85k error on a tax return. This error almost cost my client to write a check that he should of had to write. During review and delivery of the tax returns, the error was found and fixed. With a simple self review and spreadsheet to review all the state income and related payments, the error would have been easily caught. There were personality conflicts also and the entire DLC team felt that is was better to find someone else. DLC primary focus is on making the employee has a comfortable, professional and family environment. We had some take advantage. When employee makes material errors, calls out sick and leaves early without letting the manager know....what other outcome can there be?
