      DLA is een hard groeiend advocatenkantoor, opereert op internationaal niveau en dat maakt het afwisselend en uitdagend. Veel opleidingsmogelijkheden!

      Cons

      Work-life balance is niet optimaal te noemen en als stagiair kun je eigenlijk geen nee zeggen. Dat verandert naarmate je langer werkt, maar omdat je een dienstverlener bent blijft dit een moeilijk punt.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
