Pros

Location, most of the people, good salary and benefits.

Cons

Long hours, badly treated staff during redundancy process, some of the partners are very rude to employees. It takes forever to get decisions on things and quite often feel like just a cog in the wheel.

Pros

- Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

Cons

- Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
