Under qualified, non-certified [OSHA & IICRC] technicians who have not been trained in the work they are asked to perform. Ultimately leads to greater investment in PM time than should be required and lowers job GP percentages. Field Techs constantly out of day-to-day supplies, requiring emergency trips to supply house and impacting job cost, forcing jobs into "no commission paid" status. Very unrealistic job-specific GP percentage based on industry standards. NO follow through on commitments from management. No opportunity for advancement. Slow pay/No pay on commissions.
