My time at DJI was by far the worst professional experience of my life. If you work for DJI your salary will be decent, but other than the financial compensation there is almost no benefit to work for this company.
Very difficult to understand and navigate endless processes to get things done. Especially when you're not working in the HQ in China.
They don’t know (or care) how to build teams, grow talent and create a sense of ownership in the company. Nobody (and especially not the managers in HQ) will encourage you to take responsibility.
Travel for work is scrutinised and discouraged on every level and needs approval of several managers (including some who have nothing to do with your department).

Treatment of partners including their own vendors was horrific. It was embarrassing to speak to partners on behalf of DJI. There is no company ethic and no long term relationship goals at DJI, the goal is to use everything and everyone for short term gain.
The worst of all is the management in China. Its a select club of men who have very little experience and will provide zero guidance to their staff. They avoid responsibility and every action is based short-term thinking. If you make a mistake, its better to hide it or blame someone else.
The company culture is depressing. They genuinely don't care about their employees. They are not the "cool" tech company they pretend to be. I would never recommend this company.
