      Pros

      Engineering driven minset. Testing first approach. You get to work with great and very technical people. Overall I would say the quality of software is quite high.

      Cons

      Recent layoffs were quite disappointing but thats just the nature of business these days.

      Pros

      Healthy culture, interesting people, as an engineer you get a chance to be close to the users and the business.

      Cons

      As with any company there are some ups and downs. Over the past 3 years the company has gone through multiple rounds of restructuring, at times it was rough.
