Their system for time off is great. You know immediately if your request is approved or not.
Cons
Handling rude customers is something I can never get used to so if you decide to work here, know that this is something that you will deal with on back-to-back calls for 8-10 hours a day. Metrics work against you here. For example, if a customer needs a tech to come out to troubleshoot, that counts against you. If you're on a call with an older customer trying to troubleshoot and a tech issue, find out why their bill is so high, and make changes to their account, and it "takes too long" (longer than 25 minutes), it counts against you.
