Cons
-Reactive company. Yes they have had the foresight to acquire frequency spectrum but most other aspects they follow the industry and don't lead it. -All hiring decisions go directly to the top so it is impossible to be nimble and quickly grab best available talent. We've lost many candidates just waiting on execs to approve. - No merit increases last year in software have put us way out of line with the market -Resistance to WFH/flexible schedules will cause enormous attrition issues in the next year leading to QA and deliverable challenges -HR/Execs tell you as a Manager you can promote anytime. Not true, it is very hard to promote and everything is done on a curve. You have very few shots every year to promote. -CPAW preaching is cult like. Many people simply preach CPAW but few live buy it. Poor wages cause serious issues with accountability of CPAW right now. Saying what you want the culture to be and what it actually is are two different things.
