Pros
I have worked for dish network for almost two years as a field tech. The goals they set are hard, but they are attainable. They start with low pay, but there is a reason for this. Would you pay someone to not do there job? They give you tools, a vehicle, and clothes to do your job. I worked as a commercial and industrial electrician for 6 years before this job and there was not one company that ever would do these things. There is steady work with great benefits I never worked for an electric company that gave me 2 weeks of vacation off the bat. They would give me a week at most and then beg me to cash it in. Then they would lay me off due to lack of work. If you do your job you self manage yourself. Its an outside job. You see several new places in one day. Managers do reward you for taking pride.
Cons
You never know what time your getting off. It does make the day go fast. The medical insurance could use some work. (there is not many companies out there that don't have this problem)
