Just an awful all around company to work for. Theirs nothing good about working 14 hours a day 4 days straight every Holliday. Sometimes even 5 days. If you are a new higher don't dream on moving up to a level 2,3,or 4 tech. Now we have to be sales men and installers with no extra pay or commission what so ever. They give us points and tell us what we can buy with them. A xbox is like 1300 points but the most you get for selling an item is like10 to 20 points. You may sell a $1000 worth of stuff and only get points no cash. Who does that? Dish take all the cash and pay tech $0. There Qas is a big job. He stops a lot of techs from moving up. You will not pass a Qas check for not putting sticker on the back of every remote, if your stingers are to long fail. What a joke! Most of the time the kids take the stickers off. There HR is a big joke. No one will help you when you have any problems. Don't even think about getting health insurance. I don't know not one happy tech at dish.
