toxic company under guise of being "female led" - Talent Partner DIMPACT Employee Review

highly unorganized firm from little/no onboarding, management was incompetent/unresponsive to issues. Constant turnover with 5 employees leaving the company in a 2 month span. Extremely toxic workplace environment, with management ignoring employee feedback. Sent out sensitive/private documents and had unethical business practices. And in the end did not fulfill compensation and didn't properly handle/pay health insurance. Overall horrible startup experience
