Pros
Work life balance, cool projects, my work has real business impact, good benefits, autonomy, trusted by coworkers.
Cons
The health benefits changed this year and I spend significantly more than what I previously paid. The tech org is growing and experiencing inevitable growing pains. I see it as a good thing but the design discipline has matured faster than the org’s understanding of the work. I see opportunity for this to improve but dealing with it in the moment can be challenging.
