      Great work-life balance, compassionate and driven leadership, excellent Corporate campus, opportunities for career development and cross function job changes, good benefits and time off policies. Exciting work at every level. A great place to work.

      Cons

      Questionable change management, over -emphasis on making money resulting in under-resourcing support areas and immature and unconsolidated management of certain areas (although not to the point of overall poor business practice).

      Employee Discount Opportunity to provide customers an experience in which they can be confident in buying a new shoe for style, function and support-related reasons. Great selling tools, devices and display fixtures to work with

      This is not really a con since I believe it is an important part of the job. Newer and current workers may need to keep up up to date and do research on products in order to be able to help customers effectively and efficiently.
