Pros
Doing something i love talking to customers about the products i live and use. for the most part good co-works and managers depending on location.
Cons
cutting of hours, no pay roll, Under paid for the amount of work/ coverage for the lodge department. basically you have to be the person to run roughly 25% of the store and typically you are the only one working the floor due to payroll. Lodge could be made up into 5 separate departments depending on season. and removing products for a PR stunt and making us have to deal with all the angry customers cause you promised something you could not deliver. lots of pushing of credit cards, also never have enough product to do things they ask.
