This is a difficult one because the company itself could go so far, the want to appear to be the best rivals over actually being a company that looks after there employees and truly care about diversity and inclusion.
Everyone is WAY over worked and massively under paid, there is always a reason why you can't get a pay increase yet spends over £1000 on books for someone they want to impress? it makes no logical, moral or business sense whatsoever!! no wonder the turn over is so high.
There doesn't seem to be any appreciation for the huge abundance of work you do, if you're new your the favorite and its abundantly clear, when you leave you get treated like dirt - for a company who's name stands for 'Diverse, Inclusive, Aspirational, Leaders' they are NOT very inclusive and have no respect for others. (unless you're a CEO of a big corporate company of course!)
It's genuinely a shame writing this review as what the company stands for on paper is something that all companies should aspire to be like but in reality it's all just for show, people are made to feel bad all the time, made to feel stupid, no recognition for the massive workloads & I really do feel sorry for the company because they have no clue, no clue on how to treat people and no clue on how to run a business.
