      Pros

      Weekly pay .. set schedule, overtime available at peak, paid lunch, some company perks and discounts that's all I can think of

      Cons

      The men act like they are in prison and never seen a woman a day in their life, constant sexual harassment, many employees drinking and doing drugs on company property .. favoritism etc

      Great internship program! Very diligent and planned out work for interns to do.

      Not many to be honest. This was a fantastic internship, and a good starting hourly rate compared to other places.

      Good money for the amount of hours worked

      Cons

      Micro managed even though you’re not in the same state. Management is terrible and the union is no help to there employees, geared more toward employer.
