Pros
Promoting employee engagement, various activities and celebration. Employee of the months, birthday celebrations, gift and present for almost months. Internally well manage on cerifications and trainings. Full use of apps for clinic visits and inpatient (includes GL request).
Cons
Not really a cons. Currently only for certain reason only able to have the work from option. Not fixed. But this is well understand, as most of the workforce in logistic industry does need to be on the roads and warehouse doing actual hands on.
