Pros
Some of my co-workers are the best I've worked with and deserving of respect. DHL also honors the work / life balance overall. It is enjoyable working for a global company and being able to interact with persons from many different cultures.
Cons
Senior management is grossly incompetent. Upper management seems to be prone to believing and buying into high level assessments (BS) without delving into any sort of detail. The morale is extraordinarily low and can be a drain to live in day after day. There is little direction or knowledge of the company strategy so everyone goes around trying to do the best they can but often inadvertently run up against another.
