Pros
Great company to work for. If you're just starting out in shipping and logistics this is the place to be. You will end up doing far more than your job description. While it could be a negative, it can actually help you by expanding your experience and skills in many areas beyond. I'm thankful for the experience.
Cons
Management from the top executive branch down to higher levels and middle management were clueless on how to create and organic environment. It was far much more about egos and power and less about running a business operation successfully.
