      Training's and company wide initiatives.

      Cons

      Politics and favoritism. If you have good relationship with the Regional or Global office people, your job is secured. Un-professional Management at Regional level up to please their bosses at Global level and famous for pushing blames to down lines so they always look good. Few people runs the show and if you are in their good books, you can survive for years.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
