Please note that DHL offers competitive remuneration and bonus packages in every market we operate in. If an employee feels that what they are receiving is not fair, we encourage them to have an open discussion with their local HR department. Our colleagues there will have the best knowledge on how to approach this topic and come to a mutually beneficial solution as soon as possible. Also, we strongly encourage open discussions with the management and how they can improve. Being vague in this regard will not help solve problems in the future.
